Respecting your Privacy

Respecting your privacy is important; we are committed to safeguarding your privacy. We have posted this privacy policy to help you understand how your personal information will be treated when you use the services of Complete Circle Massage Therapy. This policy may change from time to time, so please check back periodically.

Information collected via this website is limited to what we need to provide you with massage services. It will not be sold, or rented to any individual, group, corporation or agency. Release of your information occurs only when we have your consent; or when it is required to deliver a requested service to you; or where we are required or permitted to do so by law.

What personal information do we collect and how?

Generally, we collect your personal information directly from you (over the phone. In person or through digital platforms), where necessary to provide you with the services we offer. For example, if you would like to book a massage, browse our website, you will be asked for certain types of personal information.  

We may also collect personal information from a third-party service provider or someone acting on your behalf. Unless and until we are advised otherwise, we will consider a third party booking on your behalf to have your authority to provide us with your personal information in the same manner as if you were providing that information yourself. In the case of personal information of minors or those incapable of providing consent, those consenting on their behalf must be parents, legal guardians or legal representatives, as appropriate. Parents, legal guardians or legal representatives will exercise privacy and data protection rights on behalf of such individuals. 

Here is a list of some of the personal information we might collect, including when and how we might collect it (this list includes only some examples and is not exhaustive): 

• Your full name, date of birth, gender, contact information (such as your address, telephone number and email address), which you (or someone acting on your behalf) provide.
• Any information necessary to fulfil your requests, like medical information about you, to accommodate a medical condition.  

How do we use personal information?

Here is a list of some of the ways we use your personal information when you book services provided directly by Complete Circle Massage (this list includes only some examples and is not exhaustive):

• Process your request to book a massage related service. 
• Contact you about your booking, including schedule changes or cancellations. 
• Notify you of any current or upcoming promotions.
• Review medical information to provide massage services, to better assure your health and safety. 

Services provided by third-party booking services

Complete Circle Massage Therapy uses the clinic management platform by Jane Software Inc to manage all electronic aspects for booking and client management. The Jane privacy policy can be found on their website Privacy Notice – Jane App

Email Address and Contact Information

When you send us an e-mail or when you request an appointment, we acquire your email address. We use your email address to acknowledge your appointment request and/or reply to your questions, and we may store your communication and our reply in order to provide you client support.

We may also use contact information collected to contact and correspond with you regarding the services that you requested and other related services we may offer.
